I have a passion for dreamwork and have been studying them since I was child. Thats around 30 years of dreamwork experience, so... being a self-prescribed Dream Doula, I had some helpful tips for everyone. My bunkmate Angela (and founder of an amazing environmental nonprofit Plant Your Roots), hadn't remembered her dreams for 20 years! However, with the help of the group she did finally remember a dream that very night!
