Somatic Healing Class
Stop/Go/Flow Designed by The Night Sun, this fun and educational class supports students by guiding them through exercises and techniques that heal trauma, manage stress, balance the nervous system, and more. Our hands-on method of teaching all the best mind-body-spirit tools available provides students with a toolbox they can take with them off the mat and into their day-to-day lives. From tried-and-true ancient wisdom practices to modern discoveries in quantum physics and neuroscience, we bring all the tools and resources we can find to help others heal and thrive in their journeys. Most importantly, the vibe in our class is trauma-sensitive which encourages and empowers students to feel safe in their bodies by reinforcing the fact that they always have a choice and are in control of their bodies.

(Public) Yoga classes are suitable for teens, adults, seniors, and beginner through intermediate practice levels. Seated adaptations are available. Sequences are lovingly designed for anyone wanting to bring a sense of peace from the mat into their daily life, gain core strength, flexibility, and balance, and relieve aches and pains in the body. The theme is “Be Like a Tree.”

What to Bring: comfortable clothes, a yoga mat. Also suggested but not mandatory: blocks, straps, pillow, blanket (cushion for knees and other comforts). Times TBA.
Private yoga sessions lasting 1.5 hours are offered with a minimum donation of $180. These sessions are specialized for the individual and combine yoga, pranayama, dream interpretation, ayurvedic nutrition, mindfulness coaching, and ritual guidance.
Stress Management Resources

- Plans are in motion to create and administer a detailed poll of what medical doctors in the DFW metroplex wish their patients knew about stress management and how it could dramatically improve their health and their lives. Doctors don’t always have the time to educate their patients and that’s because they are busy saving lives! We would love to help. The Night Sun will make the unanimously agreed-upon valuable education available to these doctors’ offices and to their patients.
